| Program description | This course is for those who wish to perform Commercial Assistance Towing. An Assistance Towing endorsement permits a licensed Master or a Mate of vessels less than 200 GRT to charge for towing a disabled vessel into a harbor, dock or shore. This is not the same as a Towing Vessel license. 4 hours. |
