| Program description | Property managers encompass a variety of responsibilities, including maintenance of rental buildings and grounds, handling tenant issues and managing the finances associated with the property. Careers in property management may range from residential on-site management of apartment buildings to corporate jobs working for management companies who handle commercial or industrial properties.This 19-credit certificate prepares participants for entry-level positions in the area of Affordable and Supportive Housing as on-site Property Managers. This program provides participants with the basic knowledge of the property management field. Program includes computer skills training and an internship component. |
