| Program description | This certificate prepares students for positions in property management in both residential and commercial buildings. Learn principles and scope of property managers and the common activities of property managers, including creating a budget, management plan, property analysis and maintenance plan. Students complete 26.5 credits, resulting in a Property Management Certificate. Classes are approved continuing education clock hours for real estate brokers, property managers, and appraisers by the Washington State Department of Licensing. |
