Program description | Students pursuing the Biomedical Research Certificate start by learning a variety of techniques in molecular biology, protein biochemistry and immunochemistry. They proceed to select a research topic, formulate a relevant research question and design a detailed plan to answer that question. Each student works individually on their research proposal, collecting and analyzing data and documenting their results. The project culminates with the preparation of a scientific poster and a seminar to be presented to the students and faculty in the Molecular Biosciences program. |
